Technical Expertise
- 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (one or more of: Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Business Central).
- Proven track record designing and deploying Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot solutions (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, M365 Copilot integrations).
- Strong command of Azure services: Azure AD / Entra ID, AKS, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps, APIM, Azure Monitor.
- Proficiency in integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, OData, Dataverse connectors, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks: Zero Trust, RBAC, data residency, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
Certifications (Required)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- One or more of: MB-310 / MB-335 / MB-920 / PL-200 / PL-400 (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
- AI-900 or AI-102 (preferred)
