Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Peterborough, NH
Shift: 11 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 11 Weeks Contract
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $42/hour (W2)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- BLS (AHA) certification preferred/required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
