Cleaning Technician – Residential & Commercial

Into Clear Water LLC is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work.

We are hiring part-time residential cleaners right away and are also building our team for a larger commercial cleaning position expected to begin in late August or early September.

We have a variety of schedules available. You do not need open availability to apply. Tell us when you are consistently available, and we’ll determine whether we have a position that fits.

Positions AvailableResidential Cleaning – Part-Time

Approximately 15–30 hours per week

Residential cleaning primarily takes place during weekday daytime hours in clients’ homes throughout Dickinson and the surrounding area.

Pay:

• First 2 weeks: $15/hour training/probationary rate
• After successful completion: $17/hour

These positions are available now.

Commercial Cleaning – Part-Time & Full-Time

Our upcoming commercial work is expected to begin in late August or early September, with some training beforehand.

Shifts are expected to begin around 3:00 PM and continue into the evening or night. Exact schedules are still being finalized.

Pay:

• First 2 weeks: $15/hour training/probationary rate
• After successful completion: $18/hour

We expect to have both part-time and full-time positions available.

Leadership Opportunities

We are especially interested in applicants who would like to grow into crew leader, supervisor, or management positions, particularly within our commercial team.

Previous management experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for people who naturally demonstrate leadership through reliability, good communication, organization, accountability, initiative, and high standards.

Employees who advance into leadership positions will have opportunities for increased compensation.

Cleaning is physically active work. Applicants should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and performing tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, carrying supplies, and repetitive cleaning.

Scheduling

We are open to applicants with different schedules and availability.

Current and upcoming work includes:

• Weekday daytime residential cleaning
• Afternoon and evening commercial cleaning
• Full-time commercial positions
• Part-time commercial positions
• Some weekend work

You do not need to be available for all of these. Please tell us the days and hours you can reliably work.

Transportation

Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Some employees may also have the opportunity to use their personal vehicle for company work and transport a small crew between jobs. Employees approved and assigned to do this may receive a $10/day driver stipend.
