What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Site Supervisor position at InTime Automotive Solutions?
Job Responsibilities will include:
Being responsible for the day to day operations of assigned department. Will lead Team Leaders and manage the overall performance and work output of all warehouse Team Members. Will handle corrective actions regarding warehouse Team Members. Completing daily shift paperwork and reports.
Minimum Skills:
-High School Diploma Preferred but will consider experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
-Advanced communication, critical thinking, planning and organizational skills.
-Ability to effective manage Team Members in a way that generates results while creating a good working environment.
-MUST HAVE 3-5 Years as a supervisor, preferably in a warehouse environment.
-Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
-Must be able to work overtime as needed including weekends.
-Must be able to create training documents, work instruction and operational manuals for department.
-Experience with performance reviews and handling corrective action processes.
-Must be able to work independently and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Proven ability to prioritize and work through multiple projects within a timely manner.
-Must be able to function and adapt to an ever changing environment.
