A growing ecommerce small business is looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant / Small Business Assistant to support daily operations.
This role combines administrative support, order fulfillment, and organizational tasks to help keep both business operations and the home office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Business support:
- Package and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Track and organize product inventory
- Assist with order fulfillment and product organization
- Help with small business projects and administrative tasks
Home/office organization:
- Tidying and organizing of workspaces
- Assist with organization projects for office and home
Bonus skills (not required but helpful):
- Email organization and inbox management
- Social media assistance
- Basic video editing for social media content
- Virtual assistant tasks
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer Skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling adult wellness / intimacy products in a professional environment
Schedule: Part-time, Flexible daytime hours, approximately 10–15 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours depending on workload and candidate interest. Compensation may increase as responsibilities grow.
This role has strong potential to grow into a larger operations or personal assistant position for the right person as the business continues to expand.
