IT Service Delivery Technician I
Role Summary:
Provide first-level IT support for end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, deploying IT equipment, managing user accounts, and supporting daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Install, configure, and support PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic security issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Monitor device performance and escalate complex issues when required.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, asset management, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Cisco networking/VoIP, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- ITIL, A , Network , Microsoft, or related certifications are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in office and shop-floor environments.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Strong teamwork, accountability, prioritization, and continuous improvement mindset.
