What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Intigral Inc?

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End-of-Line Quality inspections for ALL units leaving Twinsburg facility.
- Tracking defects by type and communicating findings daily to management team.
- Preparing Quality Alerts to aid supervisors in communication to line.
- Assist in training of new employees from quality perspective
- May assist in process audits, random quality spot checks throughout process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete Quality inspection documents for all units
- Asist Completion Coordinator with transferring units to appropriate carts
- Review customer returns to assist Engineering on determining root cause of failure
- Recommend adjustments to production process
- Any other activities as seen fit to aid in success of Intigral
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Intigral
- Must have keen eye for attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be organized
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
