Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line client support for analysis within Intex's core product suite
- Perform testing of new product features prior to semi-annual release
- Maintain product manual and online help articles
- Develop general and specialized product training videos
- Conduct both web based and in-house trainings
Qualifications include:
- Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate proactively and openly with coworkers and external clients
- Quantitative Degree (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering)
- 2 years of work experience
