We have an excellent career opportunity for a detailed-oriented and self-motivated Accounting professional willing to grow with the company and has the right attitude and potential for more responsibilities.
Responsibilities include by not limited to the followings:
- Work with the Accounting team on daily and monthly duties - A/P processing from entering invoices to payments, including monthly payment forecasting and 1099 processing.
- Participate in A/R posting; month-end journal entries, issuing of consumer refunds.
- Work with Accounting Manager and other team members on other assignments.
Requirements:
- Accounting Degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Additional plus factors:
- Experience in A/P, A/R, PaperSave, Great Plains, Emburse.
- Team player with open mind to learn and take on added responsibilities.
This position is based in Long Beach, CA.
