What's the Job?
We're looking for a Shift Manager to join our leadership team in Hamburg. This is a hands-on role, not an office job. You'll be the leader on duty, supporting the GM and AGM by running the entire shift from the floor.
You'll be working right alongside the crew—helping at the cashier, grill, prep, and fry stations. You will also be responsible for all opening and closing duties.

What We're Looking For
- Someone with 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- A current NY ServSafe Certification (this is required).
- Great communication skills.
- Able to arrive on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- Can stand/walk for a full shift (up to 10 hours) and lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Authorized to work in the US.
