Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role located in Eagle, ID. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare providers and ensure seamless patient care. This includes preparing examination rooms, updating and maintaining medical records, assisting with medical procedures, and providing direct patient care. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating patient communication, managing medical office workflows, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience working in a Medical Office and managing Medical Records
- Strong Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification as a Medical Assistant OR a Bachelors Degree in a healthcare related field
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
