Position: Medical Scheduler (Full-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Medical Scheduler to join our Long Island office on a full-time basis. This role focuses on patient scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Manage physician schedules and optimize appointment flow
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Perform accurate data entry of patient demographics, insurance, and appointment details
- Verify appointment eligibility and coordinate required documentation
- Utilize EMR systems to maintain up-to-date scheduling records
- Communicate with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and office protocols at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in medical scheduling or medical office administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and patient communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems required
- Ability to manage a high volume of appointments efficiently
- Spanish language skills a plus (not required)
