We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Patient scheduling and check out
- Act as a liaison, the link, between patients and doctors
- Maintain patient communication, evaluate and document their health progress
- Respond to daily emails, voicemails, EHR messages, online databases, doctor outbox messages
Consult with patients and family members to discuss concerns and health plans per doctor request
Collaborate with doctors and peers to schedule appointments, follow ups, and treatment plans- Ensure visit authorizations are approved and in the system for billing purposes
- Treat patients with empathy and respect
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
