About the Role
As our Process Excellence Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—championing cross-functional projects that optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality across the organization. You’ll collaborate with teams in engineering, production, finance, HR, and customer success to embed a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.

What You’ll Do
Lead and co-manage strategic projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality
Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and reduce process variability
Develop and refine end-to-end process maps for cross-functional workflows
Analyze data using statistical tools to identify root causes and validate solutions
Train and mentor teams to build internal process excellence capabilities
Align initiatives with company-wide strategic goals
Drive change management and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements
Collaborate with departments to identify and solve operational challenges
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and foster continuous improvement
What You Bring
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions
Deep understanding of electronic manufacturing and assembly processes
Expertise in Six Sigma statistical tools and Lean methodologies
Strong project management skills and results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with SPC, ISO, IPC standards, and ERP/MRP systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities
Adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in leadership
Manufacturing experience required; electronics preferred
Lean/Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
Experience working in ISO-regulated environments
