As a Material Handler in the Storeroom, you'll be responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing stock, replenishing production materials, and ensuring the storeroom operates efficiently to support manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated storeroom locations
• Pull and stage materials for production according to work orders and schedules
• Replenish production inventory to ensure materials are available when needed
• Accurately process inventory transactions within the inventory management system
• Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory activities
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices to maintain proper stock rotation
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, handled, and stored to prevent damage or loss
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate material shortages or discrepancies
• Support production by delivering materials to workstations in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment

What You'll Bring

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, storeroom, material handling, or related experience
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
