We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to oversee production schedules, coordinate workflow across departments, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules and S&OP plans
- Coordinate workflow between departments and work centers
- Optimize labor, material levels, and production capacity
- Manage ERP/MRP scheduling data and release job orders
- Track production performance and prepare management reports
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams
- Support continuous improvement and ISO-compliant processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7 years of manufacturing planning/scheduling experience
- Strong ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in ISO manufacturing environments preferred
