What are we looking for?
The PPE Technician I is responsible for providing technical support for engineering staff, including performing duties related to routine testing, maintenance or clean-up. This position has the potential for 10-15 % travel.
Shift/Schedule: Full Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm
Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage or salary range for this position is $18.00-$21.00 hourly. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you’ll do:
- Set up test apparatus
- Perform basic analysis of test data and routine calculations
- Provide exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the onsite testing
- Interact with customers in a professional manner including appearance and attitude
- Diligent safety practices, knowledge of OSHA standards, and use of safety equipment as required by management
- Work closely with lead/ crew members and take direction to complete projects within certain policies and procedures
- Daily cleanup and maintenance of projects, work equipment, work site, vehicles and organize all tools and materials
- Perform site survey activities with a team
- Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Ability to work Full Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am until 4:30pm
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 years of experience

- Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
- Ability to use basic shop equipment and various hand tools
- Ability to review, understand, and convey technical information in an effective manner
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
- Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to travel, up to 15%
- Trade school certification or associate’s degree in technical field
- 1 year of relatable experience
