What you'll do:
- Inspection & Auditing: Perform routine and project-based inspections for integrity and compliance.
- Code Compliance: Verify work meets industry standards.
- Reporting: Document inspection findings, non-conformities, and progress.
- Coordination: Work with engineers, construction teams, and management to resolve issues.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to safety protocols (OSHA, company standards).
Physical Requirements for this role:
- Must be able to walk long distances
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Must be able to stand for extended durations
- Must be able to reach in all directions
- Must have good visual acuity with regards to color, depth perception and field vision
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold temperatures
- Must be alert and able to determine job related hazards and recognize when hazards change
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Preferably holds current certification in Swagelok and Parker tubing fitting installation (Will accept expired certification depending on experience
- Proficient in use and calibration of welding inspection tools
- Able to monitor in-process welding applications and verify compliance with applicable codes, standards and specific job requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to work and communicate in a team environment
- Must possess fundamental verbal and writing skills in English language
