Job Overview
- Plan, organize, and implement event logistics as part of the Marketing Team
- On-site
- Full time
- Indianapolis, IN (near downtown)
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows
- Registrations
- Travel Accommodations
- Booth materials
- Vendor coordination
- Freight/shipping of materials
- Tracking and meeting planning deadlines
- Organize and deliver details to onsite staff
- Transfer event leads to CRM in accordance with standard practice
- Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure events match corporate guidelines
- Maintain event inventory and checklists
- Support as needed for non-exhibition events
- Required: Bachelor of Science in Events or related field
- Entry Level, no experience required
- Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, organizational skills, ability to collaborate, and ability to understand branding guidelines and apply them accordingly
- Ability to work independently and as a team, strong work ethic, problem-solving, creativity, and strong communication skills
