Interstates is seeking aSupply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will support our project teams by being the point person for all supply chain needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and vendors
- Set expectations for equipment and material schedules with internal teams and vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors through regular check-ins
- Solicit and review quotes for accuracy
- Provide bid analysis and recommendations
- Act as the point person for all supply chain needs of the project teams
- Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, such as a kickoff meeting.
- This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Individual must be a self-starter and passionate about serving their internal and external clients.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Experience negotiating with vendors
- Construction background supporting a Supply Chain team (highly preferred)
- Bluebeam software experience
Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical degree.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $55,000-70,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
Location: This position can be located out of Omaha, NE, Sioux Center, IA, or Sioux Falls, SD office.
Travel: Travel will be required up to 25% of the time. Travel is typically 1-2 nights, several times a month.
