We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Aberdeen, South Dakota office and lead high-visibility, client-facing projects from planning through completion. What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee project execution from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with company objectives related to cost control, safety, quality, client satisfaction, and schedule performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and fully understanding project contracts, specifications, scope, budgets, and allowances prior to project start
- Monitoring project progress weekly, including labor costs, material costs, and productivity
- Identifying opportunities for value engineering and improved fabrication or installation methods
- Partnering with project/site leaders and operations managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Managing job cost reporting, progress billings, and overall project profitability
- Coordinating schedules, including subcontractor timelines, and updating overall project schedules monthly
- Resolving project conflicts, changes, and potential risks related to scope, schedule, safety, or productivity
- Reviewing and approving invoices for materials, labor, vendors, subcontractors, and rentals
- Managing change orders with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Associate's degree considered with relevant experience)
- 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years leading projects
- Strong working knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and leadership
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, based on experience, education, and responsibility

- Up to 25% of travel to customers and project sites
