What You'll Do:
- Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates
- Help coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Support the recruitment team by posting job ads and managing candidate data
- Attend career fairs and assist with outreach to local colleges and universities
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in special projects to improve recruitment processes

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
