Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner for a full-time on-site position located in West Tennessee, TN. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, and disposing of waste. Additional responsibilities include restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, identifying maintenance needs, and following health and safety guidelines to contribute to a well-maintained and clean environment.

- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently maintain cleanliness standards
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, move, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not mandatory
