Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Class B Rear Load Waste Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver with Interstate Waste Services, you will be responsible for safely operating a rear-load waste truck, collecting and transporting waste and recyclable materials to designated facilities.
About the Role
- Safely operate a rear-load waste truck, navigating through congested communities and tight areas in city locations.
- Collect and transport waste and recyclable materials to designated facilities, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL license.
- 1-year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
- Great safety record and clean MVR.
- Ability to speak and read English to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, and respond to official questions.
