Who We Are Looking For:
Interstate Trucker is a law firm dedicated to defending professional truck drivers for over 30 years. We are looking for both English and Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates to cover a variety of duties including sales, customer service, data entry and collections. Monday-Friday multiple shift hours and include a base pay plus a bonus and commission structure.
Intake Representative (Sales):
As the first point of contact for many clients, this role is critical in providing outstanding service and guiding potential clients through the legal intake process. If you're a people-first professional who enjoys problem-solving and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
What You Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Customer service experience, especially over the phone.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team.
Preferred, but Not Required
- Experience handling high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or administrative office setting.
- Familiarity with the transportation or trucking industry.
