We are seeking a Lead Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to come be the head of our amazing Pelvic program. Our outpatient fitness center in Valencia is 2nd to none! We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms just for Pelvic, top of the line equipment, full functioning gym, swimming pool, indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts: This is the facility you want to work at.
You’ll achieve success by:
Responsibilities for marketing, mentoring, and oversight of the Pelvic Therapists in our OP programs.
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Reviewing patients medical history
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in insert state
- CPR and first aid certification required

Requirements:
- Passion around serving others!
- AHA BLS required.
- Current California license as a Physical Therapist
- 2 Full years of Pelvic experience with Pelvic Certifications
