Job Openings:
We are seeking Licensed Physical Therapists and a Lead PT to join our team! Full-time positions as well as PRN. We have several openings in the Los Angeles area at three of our prestigious hospitals. You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. These positions are primarily for Inpatient acute care, but we also have an Outpatient need. Our Outpatient program in Valencia is second to none, operating in a beautiful two-story fitness center with 2 full gyms, indoor pool, indoor basketball court, & 11 private rooms dedicated to our pelvic and lymphedema patients.
You’ll achieve success by:
- Reviewing patients medical history
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in insert state
- CPR and first aid certification required

PT Inpatient Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
Requirements:
- Passion around serving others!
- AHA BLS required
- California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
- Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
