What are the responsibilities and job description for the Storage Consultant position at Interstate Storage Lakeville?
- LOOKING FOR SATURDAY COVERAGE! (More hours when others take time off)
- SATURDAY SHIFT IS 8am-5pm
- Greet customers in the office.
- Show customers various unit sizes.
- Discuss pricing and start-up fees with customers.
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
- Process move-ins and move-outs using our StorEdge system.
- Collect payments from customers in the office and over the phone as needed.
- Learn and understand the delinquency process.
- Become proficient in our StorEdge system.
- Follow a daily operations schedule, which includes cleaning the facility, checking the mail, and responding to potential leads.
- Sweep out any units that have recently been vacated.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent attendance record.
- Office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm. Tuesday and Thursday 1pm-5pm. Saturday 8am-5pm.
