REPAIR FOREMAN – COMPOSITION ROOFING
General Description:
Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, solving problems and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company with a goal of growth.
General Responsibilities:
- Finding leaks and fixing them with the highest quality and attention to detail.
- Completing repair jobs as per the scope of work.
- Providing notification if additional work is recommended.
- Reporting all repair findings on an app with before and after pictures and basic descriptions.
- Safety – always working within Interstate’s safety rules.
- Customer communication
Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access.
- Standing, walking, kneeling and working on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation and repair.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a steep slope roofing foreman.
- Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
- Provide great customer service to home and building owners
Additional Desired Skills:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)
- Carpentry skills

Wage based on experience: $27 – 35/hour with growth opportunities, plus up to $2.50/hour of additional bonus opportunities.
