Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role combines sales, customer service, and project management. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, inspecting roofs, and managing projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through door-to-door (D2D) outreach and networking
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing and insurance claims process.
- Manage projects from initial contact to completion. You will know the full flow of your jobs!
- Coordinate with crews, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
