Interstate Companies has been the leading provider of Snow & Ice Management across the Twin Cities Metro area for over 20 years.
With over 200 sites across the Twin Cities Metro, we operate a large fleet of new and late model equipment servicing large commercial high-end clients.
Interstate is looking for a Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) Snow Manager position available with opportunity for full time work after season end depending on experience. Position would be required to manage an our Sidewalk Snow Removal operations. Working closely with our Director of Snow & Ice and our other area managers this job would include managing all Operators, Equipment, Walk Crews for those areas. A focus on the safety of people, the equipment and the site are essential. The ideal candidate must be able to work long hours in winter conditions.
What to expect from working for Interstate: Organized dispatch and pristine equipment, paid bi-weekly, commercial sites located in metro area, company provided truck during winter season, this is a 24-hour, 7 day a week on call position for the snow season, shifts can be 12 hours long, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – when it snows, we work!
Experience:
