I-State Truck Center's Billing Montana location is seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck Body Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our body shop specializing in heavy-duty diesel trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of collision repair for large vehicles, and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality repairs efficiently and safely.**Key Responsibilities**-

- Process Improvement**: Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance service quality.**Qualifications**-
- Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision repair or body shop management, with at least 3 years working specifically with heavy-duty diesel trucks or similar large vehicles.-
- Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of diesel truck body repair techniques, including welding, frame straightening, painting, and fabrication.-
- Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Certifications**: ASE certification, I-CAR certification, or equivalent credentials in collision repair or management preferred.-
- Business Acumen**: Experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics in a shop environment.-
- Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with shop management software, estimating tools (e.g., CCC One, Audatex), and Microsoft Office.-
- Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals.-
- Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business management, or a related field is a plus.**Work Environment**-
