Job Title: Valet Lead
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $20.00/hour
ParkNBTX is hiring a high-energy, customer-focused Lead Valet to oversee daily valet operations and support guest services at a hotel in New Braunfels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, perfect for college students!

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the valet team during shifts
- Ensure smooth vehicle flow, parking, and retrieval
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle escalations professionally
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage and provide basic hotel information
- Train team members and uphold safety and service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Leadership experience preferred
- Manual transmission experience preferred
