Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive institutional change and operational excellence. This role requires a systems thinker who thrives in complex environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and can translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation, delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget.
- Systems Thinking: Analyze organizational systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Change Management: Design and implement change strategies that align with institutional goals and foster adoption across departments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with internal and external stakeholders—including executives, department heads, vendors, and community partners—to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability to timelines and deliverables.
- Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and impact. Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify, analyze and find effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
- Develop and lead training sessions of new systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and data analysis platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
