What You’ll Do

• Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operations for the Milwaukee Market, with full responsibility for daily operations and client relationships.
• Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the Milwaukee market.
• Responsible for all operational systems, budget development, and financial reporting.
• Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Milwaukee team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or property management
• Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining B2B relationships, and creating a world-class work environment.
• Strong team building and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Tech-savvy mindset
