Role Overview
Interstate Mechanical Contractors is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to support the planning and execution of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on exposure to construction or mechanical systems who are ready to grow into a leadership role.

Role Overview
Interstate Mechanical Contractors is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to support the planning and execution of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support project scheduling, planning, and execution
- Track materials, equipment, and deliveries to job sites
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain project documentation (change orders, reports, schedules, etc.)
- Help monitor project costs, labor hours, and progress
- Participate in job site visits and meetings
- Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are met
- 1 - 3 years of experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical field
- Exposure to commercial construction projects preferred
- Basic understanding of construction drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong technology aptitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Office-based role with frequent site visits.
- Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with potential for extended hours as needed.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, mechanical environments, and construction sites; safety procedures and PPE provided.
