Breakfast Attendant
Shift: 5:30am – 11:00am (or until breakfast service and cleanup are complete)
Breakfast Hours: 6:00am – 10:00am
Weekend availability required

Our Breakfast Attendants help kickstart each guest’s day by providing a clean, welcoming breakfast area and friendly, attentive service. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests — and the reason they start their morning with a smile.
What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)

Deliver a great breakfast experience by preparing and setting up food items following IHG brand standards.

Ensure food safety and cleanliness, following all Alabama Health Department guidelines.

Greet guests warmly, assist them with any requests, and make them feel at home.

Check in with guests during their visit to ensure they’re satisfied and enjoying their meal.

Manage menu items and supply needs, including placing food and paper-goods orders as needed.

Keep the breakfast area clean and organized before, during, and after service to ensure a pleasant dining environment.

Break down and reset the kitchen and dining area once breakfast has concluded.

Report maintenance or equipment concerns promptly to help keep operations running smoothly.

Support the team by completing any additional duties assigned by the General Manager.

Early morning availability, including weekends and holidays—our guests count on us to start their day right!

Customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Comfortable being on your feet and able to perform light physical tasks (such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and reaching).

Able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep guests safe and the kitchen running smoothly.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a positive, team-focused environment.
