Duties
- loading and offloading boats of gear, bait and lobsters
- keep wharf clean and organized for efficient operations
- Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, hoists, or other port machinery as trained and authorized
- Help with organizing bait
- Assist with loading of lobster trucks
Skills
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external partners
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety guidelines
