TrailersPlus, the largest factory-owned trailer dealership in the United States with over 80 stores and growing, is seeking a District Manager based in Nampa, Idaho at our Corporate Office. With over 450,000 satisfied customers, we are excited to find a District Manager to grow with us.
Job Details:
Develop, motivate, and lead your district of 5-7 stores to achieve sales and operational goals, guiding your stores to success
Grow your team: hire, train, and have ongoing development to help promote from within. As you become effective in your position and develop your team, grow your stores to Senior Store Management status
Have great enthusiasm for our trailers and our customers
Weekly meetings with C-Level leadership to discuss business needs and drive future plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated past ability to lead a sales team
Travel quarterly to your district stores, performing on-site evaluations to build action plans for store success
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and apply accountability to your team
Upon starting with TrailersPlus, candidates undergo a 12 week training period with existing District Managers and other department leaders prior to assuming responsibility for their district.
Pay Rate: Competitive base salary with an aggressive monthly bonus plan based on the achievement of sales and operational goals. Successful District Managers can earn $90k - $120k and above for excellent sales performance.
