Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and support sales consultants daily
- Desk and close deals to maximize gross and volume
- Motivate the team to consistently hit and exceed sales goals
- Monitor performance metrics and hold the team accountable
- Assist in managing inventory and lot presentation
- Develop forecasts and help manage department budgets
- Maintain strong knowledge of sales and finance operations
- Build customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience REQUIRED
- Strong closing and desking skills
- Finance experience preferred
- High-energy leader with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of driving results
- Organized, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Social media and computer proficiency
