Warehouse Associate

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Butler Wisconsin location. This position involves delivering and picking up parts for the Parts Department and providing occasional support in the Warehouse Department during downtime. This position does require a CDL Class A license, as well as a clean driving record.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians with their heavy-duty truck and or off highway equipment parts needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying, and locating the correct parts, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Position Duties

• Deliver parts to customers and pick up return/cores
• Collect material and parts for the store as needed.
• Deliver parts to outside customers weekly.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner to customers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or transports orders to packing station or shipping department
• Provide parts support to our service center.
• Shipping/Receiving of incoming and outgoing freight.
• Involvement in inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and vehicle
• Along with other assigned tasks.

Requirements For Position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous computer experience, preferably using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Lifting requirement of 50 pounds
• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license, clean driving record.
