You’ll Work On Everything From
- Generators & power systems
- Heavy construction equipment (Liebherr, etc.)
- Air compressors (Atlas Copco and similar)
- Man lifts, scrap equipment, and material handlers
- Industrial engines (Deutz, Volvo Penta, Perkins)
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Field Diagnostics & Repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to breakdowns and get customers back up and running
- Perform repairs accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
Work autonomously from a fully reliable service truck.
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Perform PMs, inspections, and system checks
- Identify issues early and recommend corrective actions
- Complete detailed, accurate service documentation
- Work across generators, compressors, construction equipment, and industrial machinery
- Support customers across construction, industrial, and power generation sectors
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- You can diagnose and repair issues without hand-holding
- You are comfortable working across multiple equipment platforms
- You manage your time, truck, and territory effectively
- Customers trust you and request you back
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating in a service truck
- Proven experience with off-highway equipment, generators, or heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid CDL (required)
