What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems on commercial trucks and trailers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and major component repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Complete accurate repair documentation and work orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred; additional compensation available).
- Experience servicing Carrier refrigeration systems required.
- Experience with Thermo King equipment preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and read electrical schematics.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-focused attitude.
- Additional experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, or driveline systems is a plus.
