What We’re Looking For:
- Powersports Technician experience required
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Side-by-Sides, ATVs and motorcycles is a must
- Formal Powersports Technician training or certification strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to deliver quality work
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and Side-by-Sides
- Diagnose issues using the latest tools and equipment
- Complete all work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Test components, systems, and vehicles to ensure proper performance
- Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs or updates
- Follow manufacturer warranty and repair guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Powersports Technician
- Strong background in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- Proficient in reading and interpreting service manuals and electronic diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
