Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager – Executive (10440)
Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives, including system integrations, application migrations, and platform transitions.
- Direct cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams across full project lifecycles.
- Drive DevOps practices, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline coordination.
- Conduct current-state vs future-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee modernization of Financial and Administrative systems, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
- Develop strategic technology recommendations for leadership, including architecture alignment and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication at executive levels and provide project status reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience leading large-scale IT modernization or upgrade initiatives (multi-system integration, migrations, enterprise platforms).
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams across full SDLC.
- 5 years of experience in DevOps environments (user stories, backlog refinement, CI/CD pipelines).
- 5 years of experience working with modern front-end frameworks (Angular or similar).
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations).
- 5 years of experience performing fit-gap analysis and business-to-technical translation.
- 5 years of experience in Financial & Administrative application modernization.
- 5 years of experience developing technology strategy and governance recommendations.
- 5 years of experience ensuring cybersecurity and compliance standards in enterprise/government environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Knowledge of security and data classification standards (CDC, HIPAA, CJIS)
- PMP Certification
