About the Role:
We are seeking an Installation Specialist responsible for on-site setup, installation, and support of remote patient monitoring devices at healthcare facilities across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on technical expertise in device installation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel extensively across the U.S. for device installations and support
• Install and configure monitoring devices, including sensor mats
• Ensure proper device placement and system functionality
• Set up and troubleshoot basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers)
• Perform testing and resolve installation-related issues
• Provide basic operational training to healthcare staff
• Maintain installation reports and service documentation
Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
• Experience with hardware/equipment installation
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments
