Overview
Fidelity is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Health Solutions Business Analyst Chapter, supporting digital product development across healthcare domains. The BA will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/UI, and technology teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver healthcare features for NetBenefits and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Support multiple mobile and digital application projects.
- Partner with UX/UI teams on prototyping and feature design.
- Work closely with technology teams throughout implementation and delivery.
- Support enterprise-level Agile/Scrum initiatives from concept through implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong enterprise-level Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting multiple mobile application projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Benefits administration experience.
- CBAP or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
- Experience supporting UX/UI prototyping efforts.
