About the Role:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Your duties will include:
- Participating in daily nursing reports and electronic documentation
- Assisting residents with daily personal hygiene activities, including turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when warranted
- Working collaboratively with a high-quality team to ensure the best possible care for our residents
- Must possess a current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license or have completed a Michigan-approved CNA training program and be eligible to test
- Must be licensed within four months of hire
- A "can do" attitude to help others
- Competitive wages: $19.4 - $25.48 HOURLY
