GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The AMS Outbound Sales Representative position requires a specific focus on growing the service business for Interroll. This is achieved two ways, one through outward sales calls, following up on existing open quotes across multiple product lines for spare parts and services. This requires strong technical knowledge and engaged teamwork with colleagues to solve problems and process quotes and orders.

Among the company’s 23,000 customers are plant manufacturers, system integrators and equipment manufacturers. Our products are in daily use by global brands everyone knows, like Amazon, Bosch, Coca-Cola, DHL, Procter & Gamble, Red Bull, Siemens, Walmart and Yamaha (Motorcycles). On top of that, Interroll initiates global research projects for logistics efficiency and is actively supporting industry associations for standards or better use of resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Actively seek out spare parts, service and repair business. Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented, outreach, communication, service, telephone support and in person visits.
· Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and supporting customer requests.
· Enter part orders to ERP, follow order through process and update customer with order status.
· Generate Spare Part List for all Project business.
· Generate part quotes for service repair
· Monitor stock list of parts for changes in demand. Make recommendations for adjustments to stocking levels.
· Operate, populate and utilize MS Dynamics CRM tool (customer relationship management) systems and ensure correct information is available with the company for all sales activities.
· Other duties assigned by you manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· A two-year Associate Business Degree, (2) year Technical Degree or equivalent experience in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
· Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Mechanical repair background and ability to understand technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, can develop own goals and targets.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
· Position requires working from an office located in either Wilmington, NC or Hiram, GA. Home office is not an option.
· Call and quote activity will be tracked and monitored.
· Moderate physical demand and exposure to shop and field elements.
· Up to 25% travel to customer sites. All travel must be approved by your manager.
· Must be able to provide, or establish, around the clock service to customers as required.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull and move about the facility.
