Are you experienced with high-speed mailing equipment and enjoy keeping production moving? Interprint Web Printing is looking for a dependable, hands-on Mailing Machine Operator to join our growing team.

If you have experience setting up and operating Kirk Rudy mailing and tabbing equipment, or similar high-speed direct mail and inkjet systems, we’d like to talk with you!

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and fine-tune Kirk Rudy mailing and tabbing equipment for individual USPS jobs.
- Operate machine interface software and Kirk Rudy operating programs.
- Run high-volume direct mail production efficiently and accurately.
- Work with presorted files and job specifications supplied by our front-end mailing department.
- Make adjustments and handle minor troubleshooting while the equipment is running.
- Follow applicable USPS rules, regulations and procedures for common mail classes.
- Monitor quality throughout each run, including inkjet addressing, tabbing, bundling and overall job accuracy.
- Keep production moving while maintaining a high standard of quality.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, mechanically comfortable and takes pride in doing the job right.
You'll ideally have:
- Hands-on experience operating Kirk Rudy mailing/tabbing equipment or comparable high-speed systems such as Buskro, Domino, MCS, Cheshire, etc.
- Experience working with equipment-control software and mail-processing files.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in commercial printing or bindery is a plus, but not required.
Position & Benefits
